We are pleased to announce that we will now be offering membership to SPMC members for the membership program "GoTo Pass" (no joining or annual fees), which is operated by Iconia Hospitality Co., Ltd. and in which our company is also a participating company.
The service is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Please note that no procedures are required to receive GoTo Pass membership.

Based on the concept of "Take your life beyond your imagination," please take advantage of the loyalty program "GoTo Pass," which allows you to "save and spend" points at the more than 180 diverse facilities operated by the Iconia Hospitality Group.

*SPMC and GoTo Pass points cannot be earned or used in combination.

If you do not wish to become a GoTo Pass member

Members who do not wish to be granted GoTo Pass membership should log in to SEAGAIA official app or SPMC member site
by Wednesday, March 25th
and complete the procedure under "Notice: Information regarding the granting of GoTo Pass membership."

To members who have already signed up for "GoTo Pass"
If the email addresses registered with "GoTo Pass" and "SPMC" are different, you will be granted new "GoTo Pass" membership. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please follow the same procedure as above.

If you have not yet logged in for the first time since Tuesday, March 4, 2025, please follow the steps below.

If your registered "date of birth" and "phone number" are missing or do not match, or if you have multiple accounts, an error will occur and you will not be able to log in for the first time.

If you are unable to log in due to an error, please contact us using the inquiry form below for SPMC members only, providing the necessary information, your date of birth (year/month/day) and your phone number.
