Aimai's lunch set includes an appetizer, soup, two main dishes, rice, and dessert.
We'll introduce two of the editors' top picks from the eight main dishes to choose from!

Mapo Tofu, Blue Sea Style

"Mapo Tofu" is made with half a block of tofu. Its appearance in the earthenware pot is incredibly photogenic! You can cut it into pieces of your desired size with a spoon and mix it with the special mapo sauce, enjoying the varying degrees of spiciness. We also recommend pouring it over the rice that comes with the set to make a mapo rice bowl.

Deep fried Sadowara eggplant

Aimi's specialty is "Sadowara Eggplant with Fragrant Fried Flavor." Sadowara eggplant, beloved by locals for its smooth texture and refined sweetness, is deep-fried in high-temperature oil, resulting in a crispy outside and a melt-in-your-mouth texture within. This is a must-try dish, and even those who don't like eggplant will be impressed by its deliciousness.

This year marks the 8th annual Florante Hinamatsuri - Hanging Decorations and Bamboo Dolls. A variety of handicrafts, including Yanagawa Mari balls, will be on display, with a focus on hanging decorations (sagemon). Each piece, crafted through meticulous, careful handwork, is truly a sight to behold. Come and enjoy the gorgeous world of Hinamatsuri, which can only be seen at Florante.
