The mousse combines the richness of bittersweet caramel with the sweet and sour taste of apple, creating an exquisite harmony with the refreshing flavor of pear and the subtle spice of black pepper in the sorbet.

Parma-style beef and Sadowara eggplant gratin

This Parma-style gratin is made with flavorful beef, fragrantly seasoned with fish sauce and tomato sauce, and baked with Miyazaki's specialty Sadowara eggplant. The melt-in-your-mouth soft flesh and subtle sweetness of the Sadowara eggplant bring out the richness of the fishing sauce and the tartness of the tomato.
It has a rich yet light taste, and you can enjoy it until the very last bite.

Okuhyuga salmon and spinach cream sauce spaghetti

"Okuhyuga salmon" raised in the pure waters of Nishimera Village, Miyazaki Prefecture, is marinated with spinach and herbs. A rich and smooth creamy spaghetti carbonara is finished by mixing it with poached eggs and pasta.
